1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website www.verdantgoldsmithing.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

• Use the website for fraudulent or harmful activities

2. Handmade Jewelry

All products sold through this website, www.verdantgoldsmithing.com and by Verdant Goldsmithing LLC are handmade items. Products may vary slightly from images shown on the website; or in renderings done during the design process. Minor variations in color, size, texture or finish are not considered defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of the product.

3. Orders and Payments

For items that are currently in stock on the website, www.verdantgoldsmithing.com full payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom-made pieces Verdant Goldsmithing requires a deposit of half of the total price of the item before labor begins. The remainder is due upon the completion of the piece prior to delivery. Verdant Goldsmithing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

4. All Sales are final. No Returns, No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Verdant Goldsmithing does not accept returns and does not offer refunds nor exchanges.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be arranged directly with the customer after the order is completed and final payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on availability and location. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Once the product has been delivered to the customer or an agreed-upon recipient, the order will be considered fulfilled, and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Verdant Goldsmithing is not responsible for delays caused by scheduling issues, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, product images, logos, text, and graphics may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission from Verdant Goldsmithing LLC. Custom designs created by Verdant Goldsmithing remain the intellectual property of Verdant Goldsmithing and Verdant Goldsmithing LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdant Goldsmithing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, the purchase or use of custom jewelry, delays in production or delivery.

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VERDANT GOLDSMITHING, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms  and Conditions, or misuse of the website.

Our website, www.verdantgoldsmithing.com may contain links to third-party websites. Verdant Goldsmithing is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Termination
